Job Title: Custodial Maintenance Worker

Department: Focus: HOPE Executive

Reports To: Custodial Maintenance Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

General Statement of Duties:

Responsible for the cleanliness of building offices and lavatories. Work involves routine manual operations with frequent instructing and checking by the supervisor.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean floors walls furniture windows lights and vacuum carpet.
• Strip and wax floors shampoo carpet.
• Clean lavatories.
• Remove trash and keep trash area clean.
• Maintain inventory of assigned custodial supplies.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Education Training and Experience:

• High School diploma or its equivalent training and/or experience.
