We call it 452 Hospitality the foundation of how we serve our partners and their Overview:The Environmental Services Assistant Manager will work with the Environmental Services Manager to coordinate and oversee operations to fulfill contractual and organizational responsibilities effectively. This role involves leading a diverse team ensuring compliance with cleanliness and sanitation standards and fostering a positive and inclusive work :Operational Leadership:Plan supervise and manage daily operations for both daytime guest services and evening custodial sanitation standards across all areas ensuring cleanliness and compliance with organizational work schedules to optimize workflow and meet operational Management:Train and evaluate team members while ensuring compliance with safety and operational feedback and support employee an inclusive respectful and diverse team and Compliance:Develop and implement custodial training programs for safe and effective equipment team compliance with federal state and local sustainability initiatives across multiple and Communication:Partner with other departments to align services with established goals and positive relationships with internal and external policies and procedures effectively both verbally and in and Resource Management:Manage supply inventory and ensure maintenance of stock and Support:Assign and supervise event setup monitoring and event spaces and public areas are clean and :Proven ability to lead diverse teams and implement effective operational technical knowledge of custodial equipment and best communication skills with the ability to articulate policies and procedures with federal state and local compliance managing budgets and analyzing operational for sustainability and environmental practices is a to solve problems proactively and develop practical well-reasoned Requirements:Ability to safely operate custodial equipment such as trash compactors floor scrubbers pressure washers and to perform basic equipment maintenance and and BenefitsFull-Time non-exempt eligible for overtime Time Off plan: up to 144 hours based on Dental Vision Life Insurance and other voluntary benefits for you and your family; employee premiums in a 401(k) program with a 15% company match (must be 21 years or older eligible after one year of employment with 1000 hours worked available to enroll during Open Enrollment Periods).SSA Paid Benefit: Up to 120 hours of Paid Leave for qualifying reasons including Parental Leave and your or your familys serious medical to 40 hours Paid -Demand Pay Program: Get access to a portion of earned wages before Plan & Employee Discounts where applicableTuition Discount through Partnership CollegeHoliday pay of 1.5 the regular rate is provided for hours worked on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving sick leave is provided in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Colorado: Employees accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked up to 48 hours per year under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA). Maryland: Employees accrue at least 1 hour of paid sick and safe leave for every 30 hours worked up to 40 hours per year as required under the Maryland Healthy Working Families Act. Washington: Employees accrue 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked in accordance with the Seattle Paid Sick and Safe Time.
