Responsibilities:

  • Ensures consistency and equity of instruction across the district.
  • Offers reports and updates to assigned supervisors.
  • Provides leadership collaboration and coordination for curriculum implementation and partnership communications.
  • Plan and provide educational information and staff development opportunities to meet the needs of staff family child care providers families and children served.

Requirements


Talents skills and abilities:

  • Strong written verbal and presentation abilities to engage diverse audiences effectively. Ability to cultivate professional relationships and foster collaboration. Capacity to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and maintain accurate records and data. Ability to travel to EHS service locations.
  • A BS/BA Degree in Early Childhood Curriculum Development Education or a related field and two (2) years of employment experience working in curriculum development and/or employment and training programs with a demonstrated knowledge of program planning early childhood assessment and family systems. Head Start/Early Head Start experience preferred.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Montana Drivers License. Must have an acceptable driving record; as well as an acceptable criminal and protective services background check.
