Job Summary
Cultivation Team Member $18/hour Full-Time
Phat Panda Worcester MA
Join our cultivation team and support the care and production of high-quality cannabis plants from seed to harvest.
Schedule: Full-time 7:00 AM4:00 PM One weekend day required

Responsibilities
- Care for cannabis plants through all growth stages
- Water prune feed and maintain plants
- Assist with plant training and cultivation tasks
- Set up and sanitize grow areas
- Support harvests R&D projects and daily cultivation operations
Requirements
- Must be 21
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Comfortable working in warm humid and indoor grow environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Basic computer skills preferred
