Culinary Supervisor (overnight)

As a Culinary Supervisor (late night PM shifts) at The Resort at Longboat Key Club you will oversee multiple food and beverage outlets during overnight hours. Your role includes managing and supporting a team of kitchen staff including dishwashers to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

• Supervise and coordinate activities of multiple culinary outlets during late evening shifts.
• Manage and support dishwashing staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all kitchen areas.
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to uphold quality standards.
• Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies as needed.
