Culinary Director

• Schedule:Monday - Friday Variable Shifts Weekend and Holiday Rotations

• Oversee all aspects of the dining services operations and compliance
• Ensure high standards of food quality safety service and hospitality
• Responsible for meal planning staff supervision budgeting compliance with dietary regulations and creating a positive dining experience for residents
• Lead and manage the dining services team kitchen staff and servers

• 3years of culinary experience insenior living or assisted living (required)
• ServSafe or other food safety certification (required)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen/dining environment
