Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with assigned clients while supporting revenue growth client retention and overall customer satisfaction. This position serves as a primary point of contact for clients developing a strong understanding of their needs and coordinating with internal teams to ensure services projects and deliverables are completed accurately and on time. The Account Manager proactively identifies opportunities to expand existing relationships addresses client concerns communicates project status and ensures a consistently positive customer experience. This role requires strong relationship-building communication organization problem-solving and business development skills.
