Job Summary
90% FTE Monday - Friday 12-hour times between 7:00am-8:00am. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the will be working at University Hospital in Madison WI.

We are seeking a Care Team Leader to:
- Serve as a role model and clinical resource for other team members.
- Work closely with the unit manager and other team members to establish goals to meet the needs of the patient family and other care providers.
- Contribute to and support the effective management of the unit.

Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing Preferred
Work Experience
- 2 years relevant nursing experience Required
- 3 years age-appropriate surgical services experience Preferred
- 2 years prior leadership experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Registered Nurse Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ability to obtain within 180 Days Required
- National certification in relevant specialty Preferred
