CTE Student Intern (PUSD students only)

POSITION TITLE: CTE Student Intern

SALARY: $15.15 per hour

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Temporary position. Essential functions as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act may include but are not limited to the following tasks duties knowledge skills and other characteristics. This list is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed by incumbents in this class.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES generally include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Assists in assigned duties for various departments with the PUSD district office.
• Collaborates with CTE Program Managers and other student interns on assigned projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with skills in word processing and spreadsheets.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe editing software.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relations with co-workers vendors the general public and others having business with the school district.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 11th or 12th grade student
• Enrolled in CTE Internship or other work based learning program.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have transportation to worksite and Drivers License
