Location: Brooklyn NY
Shift: Part-time (2 days/week Night Shift 11 PM 7 AM Weekend coverage required)

Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking a skilled CT Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic CT imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety radiation compliance and proper equipment operation in a hospital radiology department.

• Perform CT scans using appropriate kV and mA techniques for high-quality imaging
• Conduct daily quality control and calibration checks on CT equipment
• Follow radiation safety standards and ALARA principles at all times
• Inject and administer radiopharmaceuticals as per physician orders and protocol
• Verify radiopharmaceutical dosage activity levels and proper handling procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation logs and compliance records
• Ensure proper image storage and retrieval for radiologist interpretation
• Monitor patient condition before during and after CT procedures
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
• Follow all departmental policies regulatory guidelines and hospital standards

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (JCERT approved)
• New York State Radiologic Technologist License (L.R.T) required
• ARRT Certification in Radiography and CT required
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience required
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols and radiation safety standards
• Ability to assess patient needs and respond appropriately in clinical settings
