  Position Purpose:

  CT Technologist FT 3 12s St Marys Hospital Athens GA *10k Sign on bonus
  Performs diagnostic exams consistent with quality CT Imaging.
  Fulltime Day shift Monday Thursday Friday 8a-8p
  *Must have ARRT and at least 1yr experience as CT Tech to be eligible for the Sign on Bonus.

  What you will do:

  • Under the direction of a Radiologist performs CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail.
  • Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis.
  • Perform routine CT scans on pediatric adolescent adult geriatric and trauma patients.
  • Assist the radiologist in special procedures such as biopsies drain tube placements injections and markings.

  What you will need:

  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: ARRT registered - CT registry
  • Education: Graduate of approved Radiology Program
  • Experience: Experience necessary to demonstrate competence
  • Special Qualifications: Working knowledge of the department and modality consistent with

  education level
