Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join a short-term acute care hospital in Oregon City Oregon. This assignment offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative imaging department providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to a diverse patient population.
The ideal candidate will possess strong CT imaging skills excellent patient care abilities and the flexibility to support day or night shift coverage as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols
Prepare and position patients for imaging examinations
Operate CT imaging equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging while maintaining patient comfort and safety
Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR and imaging systems
Collaborate with radiologists physicians nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Follow radiation safety infection prevention and departmental protocols
Support emergency and inpatient imaging workflow as needed
Requirements
Active CT Technologist licensure/certification required
Minimum 1 year of CT experience preferred
First-time travelers accepted
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
Flexibility with scheduling and weekend coverage required
