Job Summary

Job Title: CT Scan Supervisor
Location: Fort Pierce FL
Type: Full-Time/ Direct Hire
Shift & Schedule: Leadership Role with 24/7 Department Oversight
Pay: $32.62/hr - $46.25/hr (Based on Experience)

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Supervisor CT Scan for an exciting Local job in Fort Pierce FL.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and clinical leadership for the CT department with 24/7 oversight responsibilities.

  • Supervise mentor and support CT technologists to ensure quality patient care and imaging services.

  • Manage department staffing scheduling productivity and performance evaluations.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory accreditation and safety standards.

  • Oversee quality assurance initiatives and maintain high standards for imaging procedures.

  • Manage departmental budgets supplies and equipment utilization.

  • Collaborate with physicians radiologists and hospital leadership to achieve departmental objectives.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

  • Support employee development through training coaching and performance management.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.

  • Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT (R).

  • Active Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer (RT) credential.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

  • Minimum 3 years of CT imaging experience.

  • Minimum 1 year of CT leadership supervisory or management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Radiologic Technology Healthcare Administration or a related field.

  • Previous experience managing CT department operations.

  • Strong leadership coaching and staff development skills.

  • Experience with quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance programs.

  • Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving abilities.
