Responsibilities
- Assist clients withactivities of daily living (ADLs)
- Providepersonal care and companionship
- Support mobility and safety
- Monitor client wellbeing and report changes to the care team
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Requirements
- Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving or home care experience
- BLS Certification
- Physical exam within 12 months (free of communicable diseases)
- PPD/QuantiFERON within 12 months OR chest X-ray within 5 years
- Valid Drivers License
- Able to pass a level II background
- PPD/QuantiFERON within the past 12 months or chest x-ray within the past 5 years
- Fingerprints on file with CT DOPH *
