Job Summary
Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Avondale AZ 85323
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr on W2
Shift: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift experience required.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of warehouse logistics or material handling experience.
- Receive handle store and dispatch goods in a warehouse environment.
- Perform system transactions and maintain inventory records.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies against invoices.
- Sort label package and store materials accurately.
- Organize inventory to optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Pick pack and ship outgoing orders based on written or verbal instructions.
- Operate manual and automated warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks and identify non-conforming materials.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety quality and environmental procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and support departments.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
