Position Summary:
Sandium Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a highly organized and customer-focusedDispatcherto support our growing HVAC and Plumbing service teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment communicates clearly and professionally and ensures our field technicians are efficiently dispatched to provide 5-star service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians to service calls in a timely efficient manner

• Communicate with customers regarding appointment status ETA updates and service follow-ups

• Prioritize incoming jobs based on urgency location and technician availability

• Monitor technician routes and adjust scheduling as needed for optimal efficiency

• Collaborate with Customer Service Sales and Field Managers to resolve scheduling issues or customer concerns

• Maintain accurate job information in dispatching software (ServiceTitan experience a plus)

• Follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues when necessary

• Assist with after-hours or emergency call dispatching as required

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatch scheduling or call center experience preferred (HVAC/Plumbing industry a plus)

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Calm under pressure with a proactive problem-solving mindset

• Proficient with computers scheduling software and mobile communication tools

• Willingness to work weekends nights and holidays as needed
