We continually invest in you! Join Our Growing Team! We are now seeking a Customer Service Representative. If You are/have:
- Experience in customer service.
- Service oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
- Detailed oriented skilled with telephones scheduling appointments and take pride in accuracy as a signature of your work
- Skilled in delivering your work timely with a positive and encouraging presence to customers and co-workers
- Consider yourself a team player that can work with other team members providing support in taking care of our customer requests in maintaining and servicing their hvac systems
- First shift with various schedules available(7am-4pm 8am-5pm 9am-6pm)
- Mon-Fri or Tues- Sat or Wed-Sun
- Previous call-center experience preferred
- HVAC experience a plus!
