What Youll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective grower customers.
• Provide agronomic recommendations and crop consultation services that improve customer profitability and productivity.
• Develop annual crop plans and recommend seed fertilizer crop protection precision agriculture products and related services.
• Identify opportunities to grow market share through prospecting account planning and customer development.
• Collaborate with operations and agronomy teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

What Were Looking For

• Experience in agronomy agriculture sales crop consulting account management or a related field.
• Strong agronomic knowledge and the ability to provide recommendations that support customer success.
• Excellent communication relationship-building and customer service skills with the ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong organizational problem-solving and technology skills including the ability to manage multiple priorities and learn agronomy software and precision agriculture tools.
