. This full-time on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for an associate-level professional to provide high-quality anesthesia care in a collaborative healthcare environment. You will be an integral part of our surgical team ensuring patient safety and comfort before during and after procedures.

As a CRNA you will manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical and diagnostic cases working alongside surgeons anesthesiologists and nursing staff. Your expertise will directly contribute to positive patient outcomes and a smooth perioperative experience. Responsibilities
  • Administer general regional and monitored anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures.
  • Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans based on patient history and medical status.
  • Monitor patients vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during procedures.
  • Manage airway and ventilation and respond to emergencies with appropriate interventions.
  • Document anesthesia care accurately and thoroughly in patient records.
  • Collaborate with surgeons anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and efficient procedures.
  • Provide post-anesthesia care and support patients during recovery managing pain and side effects.
  • Ensure all anesthesia equipment is properly maintained tested and ready for use.
  • Educate patients and their families about anesthesia procedures and post-operative expectations.
  • Adhere to hospital policies safety standards and regulatory requirements at all times.
Requirements
  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program (CRNA certification required or eligible).
  • Associate-level experience in anesthesia practice preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques pharmacology and patient monitoring.
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for working with patients and care teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible full-time on-site schedules including call coverage as needed.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with anesthesia best practices.

Schedule: 8- 10- and 12-hour shifts

No call requirement

Case Mix: OB adult and pediatric ENT orthopedics bariatrics GI bread-and-butter surgery breast neuro and trauma

No hearts or thoracic cases

Supervision model

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified

Compensation & Benefits:
