Middle Park Health is a Level IV Trauma Critical Access Hospital with 2 active ORs located in Granby CO. Cases are performed M-F days no call no holidays.
Reports to: Chief of Surgery
Description: A Certified Registered Nurse (CRNA) is an advanced practice nurse responsible for administering anesthesia monitoring patients during surgery and other medical procedures. Need to be proficient in Critical Care and Airway management. Provide professional and competent anesthesia care to a wide variety of patients from neonatal through all lifespan population requiring surgical and other anesthesia services. Supports and contributes to patient centered care. Provide a variety of blocks determines the choices of anesthetic and performing pre-anesthesia intra-operative anesthesia and post-anesthesia management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current RN license in the state of Colorado. Current CRNA license in the state of Colorado
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing required.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Current ACLS Certification.
- Current PALS Certification
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EPIC preferred)
Full-Time Compensation: $23000 - $295000 per year Depending on experience
Status: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
