Henry Ford Hospital Detroit MI is seeking a locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our hospital-based anesthesiology team to work full time.

Job Description:
This temporary position provides coverage for employeeleavesand vacations offering flexible day shifts of 8 10 or 12 hours in a Level 1 trauma center. The CRNA will work under supervision managing adult patients and a limited pediatric population including general surgery deep sedation/MAC neurosurgical cases ventilation management and oversight of physician-administered regional anesthesia.

As alocum CRNA at Henry Ford Hospital Detroit MI the provider will:

• Deliver anesthesia care for a variety of inpatient surgical procedures including general surgery neurosurgical cases and deep sedation/MAC

• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists surgeons and perioperative staff including RNs surgical technologists and anesthesia technicians

• Provide preoperative assessments and patient education

• Administer anesthetics safely andmonitorpatients throughout surgical procedures

• Manage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesia

• Respond to patient emergencies in coordination with the healthcare team

• Document patient care and anesthesia management accurately in Epic EMR

• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

• Work dayshifts only (8 10 or 12 hours) with no on-call or weekend requirements

Work Experience Required:

• Not accepting new graduate candidates

• Must have current NBCRNA certification and BLS ACLS PALS

• Only fully licensed providers eligible; cannot be waiting to obtain state license

• Locum coverage only; not for permanent hire

• Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate - No lodgingflightsor rental cars
