• Practice locations include a 150-bed hospital with Level III Trauma Center a 25-bed community hospital and a freestanding surgery center

• Cerner/Oracle Health EMR fully integrated with AI-assisted clinical documentation

Compensation:

• Base salary: $300000 guaranteed (W2 hospital-employed 40 hrs)
• Total compensation potential: $300K$600K
• Signing bonus/student support: $100K structured over 15 years
• PTO: 368 hours annually (8 weeks vacation/CME plus paid holidays)
• Annual skill stipends: $5K per skill (pediatrics obstetrics regional blocks)
• CME & board certification allowance: $4K annually
• Overtime callback rate: $225/hour
• Call pay: $250/night $1200/weekend day
• Vacation payout up to 80 hours at hourly rate
• 403(b) retirement with 4% employer match starting year two

Job/Practice Description: CRNA

• Self-scheduling with 8 10 or 12-hour shifts part-time or full-time
• No call required
• No experience needed!
• One-on-one mentoring provided
• Wide variety of cases to maintain and build skills
• Training available in regional and block techniques
• Care team model
• Overtime opportunities available if desired

Requirements:

• CRNA certification
• Willingness to train in regional anesthesia and blocks (training provided)
• No experience needed!
