Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our IT team as a CRM System Administrator and Data Engineer. This role requires hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) the Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for supporting Dynamics 365-based architectural solutions but also for contributing to the management of the data warehouse within a global IT organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively collaborate with CRM system users worldwide to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Analyze design and develop or configure Dynamics 365 modulessuch as Sales Customer Service and Admin Appto optimize business processes and workflows.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills supervise external consultants and collaborate with functional teams on CRM system enhancement projects.

• Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices related to Microsoft Power Platform Dynamics 365 and cloud technologies.

• Own and manage technical designs configurations and processes maintaining comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.

• Enable and support user adoption of Power Platform and Dynamics 365-based solutions.

• Participate in multi-system data integration projects develop data processes and maintain the data warehouse.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

• 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate and Azure network functions

• Experience in IT system ownership including end-user support

• Strong communication organizational and influencing skills

• Solid knowledge of data analytics data/system integration data warehousing and data modeling

• Proficiency in Python C Java and SQL

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience skills education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $130000 - $150000.
