- Independently licensed in the State of California (LPCC LMFT LCSW or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a masters degree in mental health
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1000000/$3000000
- Willing to complete R3Cs Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
If you do not possess a training listed above R3 is happy to provide you with training at no cost.
