JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: NCCPA certified
Licenses: Active New York license
Certifications: ACLS NCCPA
Experience: Minimum ICU experience required; no new graduates
Other Qualifications: EPIC experience required; cardiac critical care or inpatient cardiology experience preferred

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide inpatient coverage for cardiac surgery ICU and step-down patients
Perform procedures including central lines arterial lines chest tube placement CT removal and wound vac changes
Manage phone consultations for all inpatients
Work autonomously with supervising physician and critical care physicians
Document care using EPIC EMR
