Crew Manager

Principal Responsibilities:Actively collaborate with the Operations leadership team driving cohesion superior communication and business to development adoption and execution of new and innovative department processes and business and monitor key indicators driving VMT accountability for crew utilization travel performance retention and other key for the effective staffing of for crew dispatch and travel ensuring vessels are effectively crew performance management and employee coaching and corrective action for members on their Vessel Management Team (VMT).Responsible for crew travel budget driving continuous improvement. Coach and develop crew to improve their skills and support their professional growth. Perform on-call rotation ensuring coverage over holidays and duties as :Bachelors Degree in Operations Management or related field analysis and metrics competencies with ability to interpret apply and adapt to adaptive to changes in process due to improvements in technology. Strong communication interpersonal skills and team building be proficient in Microsoft Office. Process management with ability to continuously improve sustainable end-to-end processes.
