• Project Supervision: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of seal coat projects both residential and commercial.
• Crew Management: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of seal coat laborers ensuring efficient and effective performance.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the operation maintenance and repair of equipment (corresponding with Operations Manager for any repairs needed)
• Quality Control & Safety: Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Ensure that all safety procedures are followed on the job site.
• Communication: Maintain excellent clear and effective communication with the office staff/scheduling team to include Operations Manager and crew members as well as customers.
• Complete all necessary daily reporting.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project. Consult with the Operations Manager if needed.
• Training: Assist with training new crew members on proper techniques and procedures.
  
  

• A valid drivers license and a reliable mode of transportation
• You are self-motivated critical thinker that likes to problem solve
• You understand the importance of punctuality organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised
• Self-starter with desire to learn and succeed.
• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is beneficial.
