Our parent company is Chestnut Land Company we are a franchisee of Auntie Annes and Cinnabon. We are currently hiring for our Cinnabon location.
It all started with a father a son and a mission to create the worlds greatest cinnamon roll from scratch. Add in one master baker months of trial and error hundreds of different recipes and BOOM!youve got the sweet cinnamon-spiced perfection that soon became the calling card of Cinnabon. Cinnabon is now one of the worlds most-recognized and sought-after brands.

CREW
Crew members are to strive to deliver a quality guest experience on behalf of Cinnabon by prepping making and serving their products in appropriate fashion while working together with other staff on other tasks.
- Responsible for the prepping baking and serving Cinnabons as well as other products.
- Responsible for greeting guests and taking orders in a friendly and accurately/efficient manner.
- Answering any questions about the products being served.
- Handling transactions appropriately.
- Responsible for a clean and safe workplace.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain stock and inventory.
- Crew age requirement: 16
