Location: This is a full-time on-site opportunity in Atlantas Buckhead area offering direct collaboration with attorneys and the broader legal team.

Note: Candidates must be actively licensed to practice law in Georgia and have 3 years of litigation experience including at least 1 year of creditors rights commercial collections or closely related commercial litigation experience.

Job Description

• Manage creditors rights and commercial collections litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings motions discovery briefs and other litigation documents.
• Appear in court for hearings conferences motions and other proceedings.
• Develop litigation and collection strategies designed to maximize client recoveries.
• Handle pre-suit negotiations workouts settlement discussions and enforcement matters.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy status risks and recommended next steps.
• Manage an active caseload while maintaining strong organization responsiveness and deadlines.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on complex or multi-jurisdictional matters.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar license required.
• 3 years of litigation experience required.
• 1 year of creditors rights commercial collections or related commercial litigation experience required.
• Strong legal research writing negotiation and courtroom skills.
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters and competing deadlines.
• Additional state bar admissions are a plus.
