Credit Operations Senior Analyst

A Credit Operations Senior Analyst will provide essential support to the loan operations team within Gen IIs Credit Operations function. This individual will assist in maintaining operational standards supporting process documentation following established procedures and controls participating in training activities and contributing to an exceptional client experience.

Credit Operations Tracking

• Follow established guidelinesto help maintain operational excellence.
• Drive accuracy timeliness and control throughout the credit process.
• Review and interpret credit agreements and loan notices
• Enter loan data updates in loan operations system
• Reconciliation and reporting

Participate in training sessions

• Engage in all required training sessions.
• Take part in a culture of ownership accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure you are fully trained and equipped to support evolving client and regulatory needs.

Client & Team Collaboration

• Respond to client and internal inquiriesprofessionally and promptly escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with team membersto identify opportunities for process improvement.

Job Requirements Skills Education and Experience:

• 4-7 years of experience in credit operations fund administration or a related financial services function.
• Strong understanding of loan servicing documentation and private credit structures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelors degree required - Finance Economics or Business Administration major preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this position is $80000-$120000 in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidates experience level.

Work Arrangement

All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule comprised of three (3) days a week in our office and two (2) days remotely.
