At Credera youll be treated like a full-time consultant from day one. As a Technology Solutions Intern youll work alongside experienced consultants to solve complex business and technology challenges build relationships with clients and deliver innovative solutions that create measurable impact.

Our internship program combines hands-on project experience technical learning professional development mentorship and networking opportunities designed to accelerate your growth. After onboarding and training youll join a project team and contribute to real client work while gaining exposure to a variety of technologies industries and business challenges.

What Youll Do

Depending on your client engagement and project your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting software development data analytics cloud and technology transformation initiatives
• Collaborating with teammates to solve complex business and technology challenges
• Researching technologies frameworks and tools to support solution design
• Participating in project planning sessions standups stakeholder meetings and workshops
• Developing technical solutions models pipelines or application features to address client needs
• Applying engineering and consulting best practices across project work
• Contributing to presentations demonstrations and client-facing deliverables
• Communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Learning from experienced consultants and incorporating feedback into your work

Technology Solutions consultants are both technologists and consultants. Interns gain exposure to a broad range of technologies and project types before specializing later in their careers. Projects may include work related to:

• Artificial intelligence machine learning and AI-enabled business solutions
• Software engineering and application development

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Management Information Systems Business Analytics Informatics Computing or a related field
• Foundational programming or technical skills through coursework projects internships research or extracurricular experiences
• Demonstrated academic achievement
• Leadership experience through student organizations coursework work experience athletics or community involvement
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Willingness to relocate to a Credera office location for the duration of the internship if applicable

$30-$33/hr

Omnicoms policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time and many of our agencies as well as Omnicoms corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
