Job Description:

At Credera youll be treated like a full-time consultant from day one. As a Management Consultant Intern youll work alongside experienced consultants to solve complex business challenges build relationships with clients and deliver meaningful results.

Our internship program combines hands-on client work professional development mentorship and networking opportunities designed to accelerate your growth. Youll begin your internship with onboarding and training before joining a project team where youll contribute to real client work that creates measurable impact.

What Youll Do

Depending on your client engagement and project your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting research and analysis to solve business problems
• Supporting stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Documenting requirements meeting outcomes and key decisions
• Developing recommendations and presenting findings to project teams and client stakeholders
• Supporting project planning execution and risk management activities
• Synthesizing data into actionable business insights
• Creating presentations reports and other client-facing deliverables
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelors degree
• Demonstrated academic achievement
• Previous leadership experience through student organizations coursework work experience athletics or community involvement
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Willingness to relocate to a Credera office location for the duration of the internship if applicable

$30 - $33/hr

Omnicoms policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time and many of our agencies as well as Omnicoms corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
