DUTIES:
- Experience with EPAC PIV CAC HSPD-12 or other federal credentialing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to safeguard sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Ability to pass background checks and obtain required site credentials.
DUTIES:
- Provides onsite EPAC card registration and credentialing support at federal facilities in Key West Miami Fort Lauderdale West Palm Beach and Fort Pierce.
- Verifies applicant identity and supporting documentation in accordance with HSPD-12 and federal security requirements.
- Captures photographs biometric information and enrollment data and enters applicant information into credentialing systems.
- Issues and updates federal access cards and maintains accurate registration records and audit logs.
- Troubleshoots enrollment issues and coordinates with site security personnel as needed.
- Handles personally identifiable information (PII) in accordance with federal privacy and security standards.
- Delivers professional customer service to federal employees contractors and authorized personnel.
