We are looking for someone who is comfortable using their creativity to problem-solve repairs works well independently takes pride in delivering high-quality work and represents the company well with customers while working on repairs that typically take less than an hour.
We Offer:
Pay range of $18 to $25 per hour: includes base pay and performance-based bonuses.
Company Car: each technician drives a branded company vehicle for job duties.
Tools Provided: all necessary tools and products are provided.

Ongoing Support & Help Line: Technician Support Team on call to assist with questions.

Requirements
Experience working with your hands - relevant experience could be in construction manufacturing painting or even a personal hobby.
Must be able to see distinguish and replicate colors: familiarity with color and color-matching is integral to our process.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Duties:
In the field daily: generally complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day
Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
Update progress on repairs by entering information and notes on our CRM/Dispatch tool
Communicate with the support team with questions
Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
Problem-solve repairs with creativity
Hiring Process
Within 24 hours: a live team member will reach out to all applicants
Within 48 hours: well schedule an in-person interview
Within 7 days: the hiring process is typically complete and we celebrate your first day with a team lunch
