Job Title: Creative Operations Project Manager (Media)

• Shift: Day Shift
• Timing: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM

• Hybrid role onsite approximately 6 days per month
• Standard office work environment

We are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Operations Project Manager (Media)to support a fast-paced Media Creative team. This role focuses on managing creative workflows coordinating projects and ensuring timely delivery across cross-functional teams including marketing design and production.

• Coordinate creative workflows from project intake through final delivery
• Manage project timelines tracking and status updates
• Collaborate with creative marketing design and production teams
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders
• Support reporting documentation and workflow optimization
• Utilize tools such as Workfront and Microsoft Office
• Maintain organized processes and ensure project milestones are met

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Design Business Project Management or related field
• 24 years of experience in:
  • Creative operations
  • Project coordination/management
  • Creative services or trafficking
• Experience working with creative or marketing teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with digital creative development across:
  • Social media
  • Video
  • Onsite and offsite media channels
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Workfront
  • Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
• Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
