Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Project Management
Manage and mentor a team of designers and creative professionals
Oversee project timelines workload distribution and quality control across all creative output
Provide feedback and direction to ensure visual consistency
Assist with hiring and onboarding additional creative talent as the team grows
Develop and refine creative workflows and internal processes
Creative Direction & Design Execution
Lead development of product imagery digital assets branding materials marketing collateral and packaging
Review and approve creative work for quality accuracy and brand alignment
Jump in on hands-on design work as needed marketing materials presentations social assets packaging
Collaborate with external vendors and creative partners when appropriate
Digital & AI-Enhanced Production
Oversee use of AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies within the design workflow
Guide image creation refinement and integration across broader creative projects
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale through technology and automation
Stay current with design trends and creative tools
Brand & Marketing Collaboration
Partner with marketing product and development teams to support business initiatives
Maintain consistent branding across digital print packaging and social channels
Support product launches campaigns and promotions
Contribute to social media and digital brand strategy
Qualifications
Experience leading creative teams and managing design projects end-to-end
Strong grasp of branding marketing packaging and digital design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Canva SketchUp or similar tools
Experience with AI-assisted creative tools strongly preferred
Strong organizational communication and project management skills
Able to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
