The Creative Director develops winning creative solutions that deliver client satisfaction and meet the financial and business objectives of Jack Morton.

TheCD Experiential focuses on developing solutionsthat drive attendee engagement and communicate client communicationsolutions can include digital interactive video live presentations social media webdisplaytechnologyand otherstrategies.

Attend client project meetings with sales personnel aswarranted.

• Work withclientand sales to developandoptimizecreative briefs.

• Developscreative ideas that deliver on clientobjectivesbudgetand Impact XM businessobjectives.

• Develop writtenoraland rough graphic outlines in word PPT and other means

• Maintainongoingcommunications with account team on progress of creative development

• Developand direct the development of proposal and presentation materials.

• Work withexperiential production and other production departmentstoassistin the development of budgets and pricing for specific projects.

• Participate in client sales presentationsandleadsthe experientialpresentationsectionas needed.

• Consult anddirect the technical specifications of project deliverables as needed to support budgeting and production needs.

• Travel toexhibitionor congresses aswarrantedbyclientprojectandbudgetto support a project deliverable.

• ScanTrend mentor and inspirejuniorcreative staff.

• Ensuresappropriate collaborationand information flow between departments as well as both internal and external clients stakeholders and vendors asappropriate.
• Adhere todepartmental administrative procedures and processes tomaintainfiscal accountability and controlequitableand fair personnel practices and efficiency of operations in his/her business units.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelorsdegree preferably in communications digital or related areas of study.5to8years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
