We are seeking a dynamic self-motivated Coordinator to support the Animated Series team in the US. The successful candidate will be able to effectively multi-task; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround; and efficiently and creatively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the group or other related groups.

Key job responsibilities
Works directly with and assists Animation Executives.
Assist in managing the project submission and pitch process and upkeep of submission logs.
Development and Current Series tracking for incoming deliverables as well as providing notes on submitted pitches treatments and episodes.
Coordination and interface with internal departments (marketing business affairs legal PR creative production and post-production teams) and external partners.
Build and maintain interdepartmental grids and tracking systems.
Maintain database of series assets and assist with building presentations.
Conduct research as needed and maintain general tracking of industry players overall deals trends and the competitive landscape.
Shadowing and support of creative projects.

- 2 years of studio or production company assistant or 1 years of creative executive experience
- Experience assessing industry talent and trends
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience as an assistant in an unscripted department at an agency studio or unscripted production company

- Knowledge of digital video landscape
- Experience as an assistant at a studio or production company
- Experience managing time efficiently meeting personal goals and working effectively with internal partner and customer teams
- Knowledge of the television and media industry

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
