Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized Creative Advertising Coordinator to support a fast-paced entertainment marketing and creative advertising this role you will provide operational project coordination and administrative support to creative leadership while helping manage day-to-day team activities communications scheduling and special projects.

This position requires exceptional organization strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments. The ideal candidate is proactive collaborative detail-oriented and passionate about television film streaming content and entertainment marketing.

What Youll Do:

Provide direct administrative and operational support to creative leadership and department heads

Manage complex calendars scheduling travel arrangements expense reporting and meeting coordination

Partner with creative leaders to align team priorities and support daily weekly and monthly planning activities

Prepare and maintain meeting agendas status reports project trackers and action-item follow-up documentation

Coordinate communication and information sharing across creative marketing production and cross-functional teams

Support special projects presentations reporting and team initiatives as needed

Track project progress and ensure key stakeholders receive timely updates and deliverables

Research issues gather information and prepare concise summaries and recommendations for leadership review

Assist with process improvements and workflow efficiencies to support team productivity and collaboration

Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business creative and personnel information

Contribute to team culture initiatives and support a positive collaborative work environment

What You Bring:

Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience

Experience supporting senior-level leaders within entertainment media streaming agency studio production or creative environments

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Experience coordinating calendars travel meetings expenses and administrative workflows

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to remain organized in fast-paced environments

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization

Ability to work independently exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality

Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying solutions

Proficiency with productivity and presentation tools including Keynote Pages Numbers Calendar and related business applications

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience supporting creative advertising entertainment marketing or production teams

Experience working within a streaming platform studio agency or television/film organization

Passion for television film pop culture and entertainment marketing

Experience coordinating cross-functional creative projects and stakeholder communications

Interest in process improvement team operations and workflow optimization
