• Strong empathy listening skills and excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or vocational training in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a service technician in home repair and/or commercial maintenance. Personal tools are required for consideration.
• Proficiency in using hand tools power tools and various equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Own truck or van with a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to stoop bend kneel stretch lift and carry items relevant to repair and maintenance tasks.
• Availability to work required business hours without tardiness interruptions or early departures. Typical hours are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Ability to read interpret and navigate maps within the assigned territory.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Siding soffit and fascia repair.
  • Window replacement.
  • Deck repair and building.
  • Touch-up painting and general painting.
  • Furniture or equipment assembly.
  • Carpentry work.
  • Minor brick work and tuckpointing.
  • Pouring concrete for small projects.
  • Fence repair and installation.
  • Framing and door adjustments/installation.
  • Gutter cleaning and repair.
  • General handyman tasks.
