• Complete home repairs maintenance and improvement projects
• Perform carpentry drywall repair painting trim work and door installation
• Repair decks fences siding and other exterior features
• Diagnose problems and recommend appropriate repair solutions
• Estimate the labor time and materials needed for projects
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
• Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
• Document project progress and completed work
• Arrive on time and provide excellent customer service

• At least 2-3 years of professional construction remodeling maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Broad knowledge of residential repairs and home improvement
• Strong carpentry and general repair skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the job
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to safely use ladders power tools and standard construction equipment
• Ability to lift and carry materials commonly used on residential projects
