Were looking for a passionate and driven Clinical Research Associate (CRA) based in Puerto Rico to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical this role youll partner with investigative sites and cross-functional teams to ensure studies are executed with excellence compliance and a strong focus on patient outcomes.

• Lead and execute site monitoring visits including selection initiation routine monitoring and close-out visits in accordance with GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with investigative sites to drive site performance patient recruitment and study engagement.
• Ensure protocol compliance data integrity and high-quality study execution.
• Proactively identify risks resolve issues and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Track and manage study progress including regulatory approvals enrollment milestones and data quality metrics.
• Maintain accurate study documentation and contribute to audit and inspection readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful study delivery and timeline achievement.

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Healthcare Nursing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 1.5 years of on-site monitoring experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Experience monitoring studies in CNS Cardiovascular Obesity and/or MASH/NASH therapeutic areas preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCP ICH guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication relationship-building problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required within Puerto Rico and potentially other locations as needed.
