CPG Strategist

Stella Contracting Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CPG Strategist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a leading contracting company we specialize in providing top-notch services to our clients in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and profitability in the CPG industry

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends consumer preferences and competitor strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and new product launches

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing products and make recommendations for improvements or new product development

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the CPG industry including suppliers retailers and distributors

- Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact the companys operations

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on business opportunities and risks in the CPG market

- Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective strategies

- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance and achieve revenue targets

- Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic role in the CPG industry

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies in the CPG market

- Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software

- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Willingness to travel as needed
