Job Summary:
As a Cover Preparation - Technician you will be trained toprovide support in the preparation of cover material under general supervision. The role includes processing tracking and verifying customer materials as well as coordinating with internal teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency throughout the cover production process.
Essential Functions:
- Review covermaterials for completeness review coverspecforms for accuracy.
- All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions with common sense judgment.
- Problem-solving skills in routine and standardized situations.
- Effective communication with both internal teams and external customers.
- Strong organizational skills especially during peak months (September April).
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
- Standing Walking Sitting Talking Hearing
- Employee required to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift push pull or otherwise move objects.
- Clarity of vision at a distance of 20 inches or less.
- Ability to identify and distinguish colors.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
