EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive friendly courteous and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• May be required to work weekends holidays and be available for emergencies.
• Comply with certification requirements (Food Handlers Alcohol Awareness CPR First Aid).
• Experience in training supervising and motivating staff.
• Ability to evaluate and spot check work of staff and contractors.
