A Day in the Life:

As a Courtesy Clerk you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service in accordance with our companys standards and policies. Customer Assistance: Helping customers locate products answering questions addressing complaints and providing information about store policies. Bagging and Carry-Outs: Bagging groceries carefully ensuring fragile items are protected and assisting customers by carrying purchases to their vehicles. Store Maintenance: Collecting and returning shopping carts tidying shelves cleaning spills sweeping mopping and taking out trash to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

What you bring to the table:

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle stressful and complex situations calmly and professionally.
• Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

• Reliability: Ability to provide regular and predictable attendance and comply with workplace conduct standards.
