The Court Operations Specialist II independently performs a variety of work assignments of limited difficulty and complexity where objectives are clear and specific and does not require the services of a fully trained Court Operations Specialist. Work assignments concentrate in one or more program areas and/or a selected portion of more complex extensive projects and activities which is recognized as a responsibility of higher level Court Operations Specialists. - Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelors degree or
progressively responsible experience in administrative professional investigative technical or other responsible work which has provided a general background of the type and quality described below may be substituted for the Bachelors degree on a year-for-year basis.
General Experience:Applicants must possess six (6) months of progressively responsible technical work experience which involved analyzing interpreting or evaluating technical material (e.g. statutes rules and regulations); solving technical problems through the application of problem solving methods and techniques such as identifying the problem and pertinent causal factors developing and evaluating alternative solutions and recommending/implementing an appropriate course of action; and writing narrative reports.
For examplequalifyingtechnicalexperience may include but is not limited to responsibility for supervising or overseeing the operational activities of a unit or section whose primary function is the preparation and/or processing of legal documents ORtechnicalexperience which involved applying and interpreting technical material such as statute rules policies where no precedents are available.
