CourierFacilities Assistant

What Youll Do

• Performaccuratetimely and professional delivery and pickup of construction documents office supplies marketingmaterials andother company assets to Perry Homes communities and corporate locations.
• Maintain daily courier schedules and delivery documentation while ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
• Support warehouse operations by processing Facilities and WorkplaceSolutionswork tickets.
• Meet and escort vendors at warehouses when Facilities leadership cannot be present.
• Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the Perry Homes mailroom/storage rooms.
• Maintain Company-assigned vehicle including fueling with a Company-issued fuel card scheduling preventative maintenance and ensuring the vehicleremainsclean safe and in compliance with Company standards.
• Maintainaccuraterecords related to deliveries inventory movement fleet maintenance and assigned work orders.
• Must be willing to obtain andmaintainCPR and First Aid certification.
  

What Were Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in courier warehouse facilitieslogistics ora relatedfield preferred.
• Current valid Drivers License with acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge ofMS Office products including Outlook ExcelandWord.
• Must be insurable under the Companys automobile insurance policy.
• Demonstrated safe driving habits and commitment to defensive driving practices.
