How youll contribute

A Courierwho excels in this role:

• Serve as a reliable link between clinics hospitals laboratories and community locations by ensuring timely and dependable transportation of critical materials.
• Safely pick up transport and deliver lab specimens X-rays reports supplies mail meals and other materials to the appropriate destinations.
• Complete scheduled priority and STAT runs while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness to changing operational needs.
• Handle sensitive patient and organizational information with the highest level of confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain safe driving practices and follow established policies procedures and safety standards while working in healthcare facilities and throughout the community.
• Provide professional courteous service and effective communication when interacting with healthcare staff patients vendors and the public.

• Support daily clinic and hospital operations by completing bank runs errands housekeeping tasks and other assigned duties as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid drivers license with an exemplary driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Ability to safely operate a vehicle and complete deliveries throughout the community in a timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle transport and deliver sensitive materials.
• Dependable organized and able to prioritize tasks while responding to changing operational needs.
• Professional communication skills with the ability to interact respectfully with staff patients vendors and the public.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team goals and maintaining service excellence.
