Job Summary
Sawyer County is seeking an experienced visionary leader to serve as its next County Administrator. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a full-service county government committed to excellent services responsible leadership and a strong future for our communities.
The County Administrator works in partnership with the County Board department heads employees municipalities and community partners to protect and enhance the quality of life for all who live work and visit Sawyer County.
Well-qualified candidates will have a bachelors degree (masters preferred) in public/business administration finance or a related field at least six years of progressively responsible administrative/leadership experience in county or municipal government or a combination of training experience and administrative ability that demonstrates the candidates ability to perform the duties of the position successfully.
